Refund policy

We accept returns and issue refunds only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request a return or refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@somnussanitas.com with photos of the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our or our provider’s error.
