Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping within the United States.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us at contact@somnussanitas.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
We do not accept returns for other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
